Modification and Cancellation Policy:


  • Go to the nearest branch to modify or cancel
  • 4 hours or more before the departure of the trip, a discount of 10c per ticket
  • Less than 4 hours before departure, 50% of the ticket price.

Important instructions

  • 1- The ticket is subject to the conditions or data written on it at the time of issuance.
  • 2- The passenger must review all data printed on the ticket immediately upon receipt before leaving the booking office.
  • 3- The passenger must present the ticket intact and valid for travel without any modification, otherwise the ticket will be invalid and unacceptable.
  • 4- Children over the age of 4 years have a full ticket and a seat is not allocated for children under the age of 4 years during the trip.
  • 5- Smoking and e-cigarettes are prohibited on board the bus or inside our offices.
  • 6- The traveler must adhere to the driver's instructions during the trip and the traveler is responsible for any damage he may cause inside the bus.
  • 7- In the event that the passenger loses one of his luggage, he will be compensated with a maximum of 100 JM if the company's negligence is proven The company is not responsible for valuables in the luggage.
  • 8- The bus stops only to pick up/drop off passengers at the official stations according to the announced itinerary for the trip.
  • 9- Each passenger is allowed 2 bags with a total weight not exceeding 40 kg and a small backpack, otherwise it is considered cargo.
  • 10- Animals, birds, fish, flammable materials and liquid substances are not allowed.
  • 11- Food is allowed to be shipped as long as it is inside a sealed icebox, except for seafood.
  • 12- Personal belongings are the responsibility of the customer.
